Using this Site, submitting a contact form, or scheduling an introductory call does not create a CPA-client relationship or any other professional relationship between you and the Firm. A professional relationship is established only through a written engagement letter signed by both parties. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form before an engagement is in place.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nassau County, New York.
